Duygu (Lisa)
Overview
Lisa is a student art therapist currently open to working with children (under the age of 11), adults and elderly both in individual and group settings. Her approach is supported by trauma-informed, mindfulness practices. As an ex-dancer, she works with somatic awareness. She is passionate about using one's natural creative expression to access inner resources for healing and recovery.
She can offer her services in English as well as in Turkish, her native tongue.

Experience
Lisa has supported clients living with trauma, disassociation, anxiety, grief, mood disorders, life transitions and co-dependency for over four years. She brings over three decades of recreational and professional involvement with the Arts, particularly movement practices.
