Chantelle Vaz
Overview
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I provide individual counselling for youth and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD, autism, relationship concerns, and self-esteem. At the core of my approach lies my belief and value in collaborative and strengths-based approaches. I believe that the therapeutic journey is not just the unpacking of negative experiences; it is also about fostering personal growth, self-discovery, and resilience. To do so, I tailor our sessions to incorporate who you are, your hopes, and goals to ensure that the therapeutic experience aligns with your personal values, your culture, your beliefs, and your individuality.
