I primarily work with people dealing with anxiety, stress, illness, trauma, relationship issues and workplace challenges, including moral injury and burnout.

Brittany works with youth, young adults and their caregivers supporting them through a range of emotional and relational challenges. Brittany also works with couples looking for couples therapy. She recognizes that asking for help can be difficult at times so she is committed to ensuring that the therapeutic space is comfortable and supportive. Brittany values the importance of going at your own pace, and ensuring that you feel like the expert in your own experiences. Brittany works hard to empower her clients to see that they are capable of growth and meeting their goals, providing a safe space to explore what is really going on.
